Henry Räppo
The reigning best male triäthlete in Estonia since 2019, Henry is a rising star in long distance triathlon, known for his positivity, exceptional talent and humility. Competing alongside world champions, he has become a local hero and role model for aspiring athletes.
Despite being a new athlete in the mix, his passion and determination make him one of the sport's most exciting new talents. Henry is a serious contender in every half distance race he does, with the goal of becoming the next world champion.

In 2025, Henry and his team in collaboration with video- and photographer Reiko Kolatsk launched a YouTube channel to document his journey, training sessions, races, and personal insights. The videos offer an open, authentic look at both the progress and the struggles that shape Henry's path on becoming the next world champion.
Henry's channel not only highlights his growth, but makes triathlon more accessible and relatable to fans and aspiring athletes alike.

Henry’s T100 debut start took place in Wollongong, Australia where he competed as wildcard. He was in 6th place after swim distance, just ahead of Hayden Wilde (Olympic Silver in Paris 2024). Henry maintained his position after the 80-km bike ride, and after a great run performance eventually finished 5th, ranking him as the top wildcard in Wollongong — a wild end to his first ever T100 Triathlon Pro Race.
After a superb 2025 season, Henry is gaining attention not only for podium finishes but also for his forward-thinking approach to the sport. In 2025 Henry partnered with Strive Aero, a company dedicated to crafting elite triathlon bike components and accessories. For IRONMAN 70.3 Tallinn, they fixed their first production prototype of Monobar to Henry’s bike, after having tested previous prototypes throughout the first half of the season.
By blending his physical prowess with pioneering aerodynamic and ergonomic solutions, Henry is paving the way for what’s possible for triathletes worldwide. Testing of new design prototypes with Strive Aero starts in 2026.

In August 2025, Henry won his first ever PRO race in IRONMAN Tallinn 70.3. With his winnings he decided to support aspiring young triathletes Liis Kapten and Gregor Rasva on their journey to LA28. By donating the prize money from his first victory by competing alongside world champions, Henry has become a local hero and role model for promising young athletes and in the triathlon community.
