The reigning best male triäthlete in Estonia since 2019, Henry is a rising star in long distance triathlon, known for his positivity, exceptional talent and humility. Competing alongside world champions, he has become a local hero and role model for aspiring athletes.
Despite being a new athlete in the mix, his passion and determination make him one of the sport's most exciting new talents. Henry is a serious contender in every half distance race he does, with the goal of becoming the next world champion.

THE PINNACLE OF PERFORMANCE
After a stellar start to the 2025 season, Henry is gaining attention not only for podium finishes but also for his forward-thinking approach to the sport. In 2025 Henry partnered with Strive Aero, a company dedicated to crafting elite triathlon bike components and accessories. For IRONMAN 70.3 Tallinn, they fixed their first production prototype of Monobar to Henry’s bike, after having tested previous prototypes throughout the first half of the season.
By blending his physical prowess with pioneering aerodynamic and ergonomic solutions, Henry is paving the way for what’s possible for triathletes worldwide. Testing of new design prototypes with Strive Aero starts in 2026.
